At this stage it is envisaged that the client for this project would be Spectrum Homes, a local housing association whose head office is located in Christchurch. A non-profit organisation formed in 2007, Spectrum own, manage and maintain over 50,000 homes. Providing a range of homes for both rent and for sale, their vision is to create great homes and strong communities.
Operating as a business, any profits Spectrum generates are fed back into the business to fund their social housing and community schemes.
